Our policy lasts 14 days if package arrives damaged and the products inside are unusable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse a cancellation based on how far your order is through the fulfilment process.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 - 5 working days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us via our contact us form on our website to arrange.
Delivery cut off point for same day dispatch is 4pm Monday-Friday. If orders are placed after 4pm they will be dispatched the next working day. Orders can be delivered from Monday-Saturday, but there are no collections on Saturdays, and there are no collections or deliveries on Sundays.
Shipping Returns Back To Us
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Bier Group Limited, Unit 1 Midpoint, 54 Jeffreys Road, Enfield, London, EN3 7UA.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s), unless the items inside are damaged beyond use - if part of the delivery is damaged, the items that are damaged will be sent accordingly. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.
In the unlikely event we run out of a certain beer or flavour of Bier Snacks, we will substitute this accordingly with another product of a similar value and quality.

Minors - Challenge 25
The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We have an age restriction policy in place and we follow all guidance to protect our customers and ensure they are of the legal age of 18+ to purchase alcoholic products. Our delivery partners also have their own systems in place and enforce the challenge 25 ID checks - if a customer appears to look under the age of 25, they will be asked for ID upon delivery, if no ID can be provided, the delivery will be rejected and returned to sender.
