When you purchase a subscription you'll be charged £22.95 every 30 days from when you join.

Visit the 'My Account' section of our website once logged in to view and amend your subscription details.

To cancel your subscription you can ring our customer service team on 01355 203200 during working hours (9am-5pm Monday to Friday), or submit and enquiry through our website to our customer service team. 

To avoid being charged for your next billing period, you must give 3 working days notice before cancelling your subscription. 

 

FREE BOX PROMOTIONS:
Any free box received as a result of a promotion for any subscription product, please note that you can only cancel 5 working days after receiving the package.
