New England IPA brewed with a hot oat & lager malt mash. Fermented with hazy yeast blend and finished with a double dry hop of Cryo Mosaic & Cryo Simcoe.
Deep Roots - Pale Ale 4.1%
Juicy pale ale made with lager malt and oats in the mash. Hopped on the hot-side with Citra & Waimea & fermented with hazy yeast. Dry hopped with the lovely New Zealand Hop blend Betty.
Tiny Acorns - West Coast IPA 5.8%
West Coast IPA, brewed with pale, wheat and vienna malt, with a heavy Citra leaf charge on the tail end of the hot-side boil and a generous dry hop of Cashmere and Simcoe to finish.
Locus Amoenus - English Neipa 5.2%
New England IPA made with lager malt, malted & flaked oats. Fermented with yease blend & dry hopped with a special selection of british hops, Harlequin, Godiva & Olicana.
Pale Ale - 4.3%
A luscious 4.3% Pale made with Citra, Ekuanot and Cascade hops. A balance of citrus and tropical fruit flavours, for an easy-drinking, hoppy, refreshing pale.
Lager - 4.4%
An unfiltered Czech Pilsner made with Hallertau Blanc hops & fermented cold for 6 weeks. A fresh, crisp lager with subtle hints of gooseberry.
Woden IPA 5.2%
Lovely IPA brewed with a pale, oat & wheat base. Hopped with US Warrior on the hotside & fermented with the crisp US05 yeast. Dry hopped with tropical fruit forward Mosaic cryo & paired with the pillowy Cascade cryo.
